Intent : The City and Borough of Juneau (City or CBJ) seeks proposals from licensed clinical therapists to provide counseling and mental health services to Capital City Fire & Rescue (CCFR) employees who are routinely exposed to occupational trauma, high-stress environments, and the resulting impact these experiences have on their personal and professional lives. The contracted therapist will deliver confidential, evidence-based support designed to promote resilience and mental wellness. Pre-Proposal Meeting : A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Alaska time via teleconference. Vendors interested in submitting proposals should email CBJ Purchasing at purchasing@juneau.gov a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled meeting to provide notice of participation and submit any questions.
