Davis County (the “County”) is seeking to replace our current Avaya phone system. The systemconsists of approximately 1200 phones with a mix of on-premises and remote users. The current systemalso has 3rd party add-ons for faxing, voicemail, and SMS texting. The current system is on-prem and runs in a virtual environment. Servers are spread across multipleCounty sites for redundancy and failover. The County is seeking a cloud phone system provider (“Vendor”) that can provide a replacement systemas described in the scope of work of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) by May 1, 2027.
