Full Description

Work Type (contract or shops): Contract Maximo Location: 3137 Scope of work (include mission need dates, and or special requirements): Replace roofs on the following buildings: NBSD-3137 scope added to project Scope of work: 1. Re-roof the roof at B-3137 NBSD. 2. Replace all the Edge Flashing around the roof. 3. Have the proper pitch done on the new roof. 4. Remove/replace all dry rotted wood were need be 5. Provide 30Ã¢ÂÂ wide walking pads from the existing roof access ladder and around The perimeter of all the HVAC roof top equipment. 6. Make sure the pads around the units on the roof are done. 7. replace rain gutters and down spouts Contact FMS with any questions prior to and upon completion of work.
