OUTLYING - NAVFAC PAC - B258 & 346 - STRUCTURE STUDY. Per Dale Tacy (RBH August 03 2023. Per PM Wally, link SR# 23166747 N20 WO#HVDY4K eProject# 1786377 linked to new MSR#23192870 This scope of work for this project includes re-roofing, roof deck repair, exterior repair, exterior repainting and roof access safety improvements for the NAVFAC Pacific Administration/Library Building, Building 258 (B258) and Building 346 (B346), at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, JBPHH Hawaii. The contractor shall consider existing conditions during design work and actual construction of the building exterior and roof. 1.1.1 Roofing and Roof Access Safety Improvements Replace roofs on B258 and B346.
