College Drive Winter Maintenance

The City of Saskatoon is inviting qualified contractors to provide comprehensive winter snow maintenance services along College Drive between Clarence Avenue and Cumberland Avenue to support the Bus Rapid Transit system. The scope of work includes snow clearing, grading, and removal across all roadway driving lanes, dedicated BRT lanes, transit station platforms, multi-use pathways, and adjacent sidewalks to ensure safe, accessible, and continuous transportation corridors throughout the winter season. Contractors must be equipped to perform these services efficiently and reliably under varying winter conditions to maintain operational integrity for public transit users. All bids must be submitted through the City’s electronic procurement system at saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca, where potential respondents must register to access the solicitation document RFQ26-0345, submit questions, receive addenda, and electronically file their proposals.
