NOTICE TO OFFEROR: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0015, as a Request for Quotation using RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 37, Service Contracting. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a small business standard of $12.5M.
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform fire sprinkler head compliance testing services at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and the performance work statement (PWS).

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
The Period of Performance (PoP) is structured as follows:

Base Bid (Buildings 1284, 1292, and 1501): 90 calendar days.

Option Bids (Buildings 930 and 762): 30 calendar days for each facility exercised.
SITE VISIT:
A site visit is not currently scheduled. Interested parties will be contacted for the Site Visit date/time.
