AI Contract Overview
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Kelvin International Corporation for the maintenance of two High Pressure Nitrogen Trailers. The scope of work includes providing a manufacturer-trained technician to perform annual on-site preventive maintenance, repair services, and the delivery of inspection reports. The contract is structured for a base year with four additional option years under NAICS code 811310. Kelvin International Corporation is identified as the only available source because they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer and possess the proprietary drawings and specifications required for the service. While this is a notice of intent to sole source, other responsible sources may submit a capability statement of no more than five pages to the listed points of contact by September 9, 2026, at 1100 AM HST to demonstrate their ability to fulfill the exact requirements.
