PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NUMBER: PC25-055 COMFORT STATION EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES The City of Panama City, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation located in Bay County, Florida (“City” or “Owner”), seeks proposals from experienced and qualified Proposers to provide turnkey Comfort Station Equipment and Services (the “Project”). The Project scope of the services includes providing and delivering comfort station equipment and providing the services to setup, operate and manage, and maintain one or more comfort stations to assist the City with implementing temporary community support functions due to disasters; in full compliance with regulatory agency requirements and consistent with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requirements for cost reimbursement for the Project, as is more fully described in Section 2.
