W912JB-17-T-4016 Command Post Console, SELFRIDGE ANG BASE, and MI this is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis only. This SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB) is seeking potential small business sources (including Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, HUBZone, and 8(a) etc.) for a Command Post Console contract. The supplies include the following: Main Console, Supervisor Console, Millwork and General Accessories including freight and install. Mandatory features include: High Pressure Laminate panel finish, Base reduced depth console, EMSEC Compliance, built in hydraulics for separate operation on all three consoles, computer towers must have solid surface to sit on, no overhead compartments, built in shelves on both ends for storage, rack on back of both consoles to hang monitors and patch bay on middle of console to hang monitors. The contractor must be fully qualified in all aspects of the requirement to be considered. The supplies will be delivered to and installed at Selfridge ANG Base, MI (Macomb County). The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 337211. The size standard for this NAICS is 500 employees. No solicitation is currently available. Responses should include the following information: 1. Offerors name, addresses, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address. 2. Offerors business size to include designation as HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc. For 8(a) Offerors, please include proposed graduation date from the 8(a) program. 3. Statement of Capability (SOC) is limited to 5 pages. The SOC shall contain only pertinent and specific information addressing the following areas: (1) Proof of SDVOSB, HUBZone, or 8(a) etc. status; (2) Expertise in providing Command console or similar product (3) Demonstration of similar contract performance within the last three years. A listing of projects completed during the past three years (both Government and private industry).
