The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Office of the Commissioner (OCOM), Office of Health Access (OHA) (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals ("Solicitation" or "RFP") from qualified Vendors to provide: Scheduled Signed Language Interpretation Services, Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART), and Scheduled Reader Services for individuals who are deaf, have hearing loss, have a disability that impacts their communication, or individuals who have a disability that impacts their ability to read documents. Communication access services for Department staff to ensure effective communication with clients that correspond with the Department through telephone services, translation of written materials, and in-person services. Qualified vendors must comply with the minimum rates for qualified interpreter services as outlined in RSA 521-A – Interpreters for the Deaf Section 521-A:12 – Compensation. RSA 521-A:12 Fee Schedule The Department anticipates awarding one (1) contract for the services in this Solicitation.
