Boulder County Housing Department (“County”) is seeking Solicitation of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified contractors to provide mobile home replacement services under the County's Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Mobile Home Replacement Program. The purpose of the program is to assist eligible households through the replacement of mobile homes damaged by the high wind event on December 30, 2021 and to improve the safety, resilience, and habitability of housing units serving low- and moderate-income households.
