Full Description

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to procure commercially available Computed Tomography (CT) X-Ray Mail/Parcel Scanning Systems (Restricted Size) with the characteristics and capabilities identified in this Statement of Work (SOW) and referenced attachments. The purpose of these systems is to enable CBP to perform effective and efficient scanning of mail and parcels to reveal anomalies (e.g. explosives, drugs, and currency) in high-throughput environments such as International Mail Facilities (IMFs) and Express Consignment Carrier Facilities (ECCFs). All systems must meet the technical and performance requirements specified in the SOW. The Contractor shall provide all warranty, logistics, and on-demand support services, including initial operator training. The period of performance for this Delivery Order will be from date of award for one (1) calendar year. Delivery of systems shall begin no later than ninety (90) days from the date of award and all systems will be delivered and operational by the end of the period of performance.
