The Business Partner shall provide translation services, with verification by a proofreader, of the CBP ESTA website and other ESTA funded websites. The documents to be translated shall be written to conform to Unicode standards to facilitate accurate translations. The Business Partner shall identify the industry standard to be utilized in the translation process. The Business Partner shall provide additional research, analysis and ensure the content of translated materials is accurately communicated and culturally sensitive. All translated materials shall be subject to a third-party review prior to acceptance.
