Solicitation amendment 0001


The purpose of this amendment is to revise DFARS clause 252.204-7021 and attachment 6 "transmittal letter". Additionally, this amendment formally incorporates attachment 7 "Questions and Answers," to provide the Government's official responses to prospective offerors' inquiries.


Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation amendment. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division, Air & Ground Contracting Branch, Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a non- personal, Firm-Fixed Price contract for Communication Security Managerial Support services, in support of the Colombian Joint Staff pursuant to the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA, Case CO-D-GAK), between the United States Department of Defense and the Colombian Joint Staff.



The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services and the small business size standard is $37M.



This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures using the tradeoff process evaluation criteria and will be procured as a 100% small business set-aside.



The period of performance will be a five (5) year base period.



All elements of the RFP shall be submitted by the offeror with a proposal no later than the date/time shown in block 9 of the RFP. The RFP will be available in electronic format only.
