Concrete Mixer Truck for the Fort Worth District

The Texas Department of Transportation is soliciting a concrete mixer truck for the Fort Worth District under solicitation number 601440000052754, with responses due by July 24, 2026. The requirement is for a volumetric mixer unit capable of producing a minimum of 60 cubic yards of concrete per hour, using a screw mixer auger to proportion and blend dry ingredients—coarse and fine aggregate, cement, water, and admixtures—stored in separate bins. The evaluation process is based on a best-value award, with 60 points allocated for strict compliance with specifications and 40 points for pricing. Proposals must pass mandatory pass/fail gates, including completeness of all required submission documents, minimum qualifications, vendor performance rating via the CPA Vendor Performance Report, and no assumptions or exceptions that descope or materially alter the solicitation. Responses must be submitted electronically via the BonfireHub portal, with each section as a separate document named according to section number and brief descriptor, using PDF for general submissions and Excel only for pricing schedules.
