The work will consist of building a new substation in accordance with the IFB, Project Specifications, Project Drawings and other required information . The project location is in Beale Air Force Base, Yuba County, CA 95903, and the anticipated period of performance is from date of Notice to Proceed through May 31, 2024 The estimated magnitude of construction is over $10.0 million. FAR Part 14 is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237130; Size Standard is $45.0M.
