This scope of work for this Continuing Contract for Vertical Construction Services may include, but is not limited to general site construction, design-build, foundation, structural, masonry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, interior and exterior finishes, painting, roofing, furnishings, fixture, furniture, planters and art installation, landscaping, ancillary horizontal work, and other work normally associated with vertical construction at the Orlando International Airport, the Orlando Executive Airport, and other facilities operated by the Aviation Authority, to be determined on an as-needed basis. This contract is limited to projects that are estimated not to exceed $7.5 million (and other projects as otherwise authorized by state law).
