Coulter Airfield Aviation Fuel

The City of Bryan is soliciting competitive sealed proposals under RFP #26-001 for a qualified vendor to provide aviation fuel services at Coulter Airfield. The scope of work includes the supply of ASTM-compliant Jet A (D1655) and 100LL (D910) fuels, fuel farm operations, annual safety inspections, and the provision of training for six airport personnel using NATA Safety 1st or FAA-certified programs.
