This is a sources sought notice issued by the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, on behalf of the Department of Defense for market research purposes only, with no intent to award a contract at this time. The notice seeks responses exclusively from 8(a) small business concerns to assess their capability to provide Construction Quality Management (CQM) and Quality Assurance (QA) support services for the FY26 envelope renewal and repair project at Building 8400, Ft.
