The State of West Virginia, through the Division of Highways, is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of a Class 933 Under-bridge Inspection Vehicle, specifically an Aspen Aerial B32 or an equivalent model. The vehicle must be new and unused, featuring a specialized aerial device assembly with an auxiliary diesel engine, PTO power sources, and multiple control stations. Key technical requirements include grade 8 or better subframe bolts and a comprehensive safety package consisting of a 5lb fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and reflective triangles. The contract will be awarded to the vendor meeting all mandatory technical specifications who provides the lowest overall total cost.
