Crowdfunding - District-Wide Re-Bid

The School Board of Brevard County, Florida, is soliciting responses for solicitation number 27-001-Q-DR to pre-qualify multiple non-exclusive crowdfunding service providers. The objective is to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide externally hosted platforms for school fundraising that ensure strict compliance with FERPA and COPPA student privacy laws. Selected vendors will provide tools for project descriptions, goal setting, donation processing, and fund distribution, with a requirement to disburse funds within 30 days of campaign completion. Payment for undisputed invoices will be remitted within 45 days, in accordance with the Local Government Prompt Payment Act of Florida.
