This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the City and County of San Francisco’s Central Shops on behalf of San Francisco City Administrator’s Office (collectively “City” or “Department”). The City invites qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to submit proposals (“Proposal”) for a comprehensive telematics solution. The City shall evaluate Proposals to create a Prequalified List of Proposers (“Prequalified List”). The City may use the Prequalified List, at its sole and absolute discretion, on an as-needed basis. Proposers prequalified under this RFQ are not guaranteed a contract.
