NAVFAC PROJECT Bathroom Renovation MAXIMO LOCATION: NBSD-3304 STE 1 N4000B Scope Add 2 showers and a locker room to each male and female head on 2nd deck. • 1.1 Demolition & Removal (if applicable): • will have to demo wall for door installation/ wall has no electrical or plumbing inside. • 1.2 Site Preparation: o The area of construction is in a hidden empty area of building, may need hardy board to protect floors and isolation plastic, air scrubbers, tenants will still be using restrooms. • 1.3 Construction/Repair: o Install two locker rooms with showers in an unused area about 40 x 50 feet in size. Will need complete overhaul there is no electrical or plumbing in this area. Customer would like the floor raised to run plumbing and electrical so you don’t have to cut into floor/ceiling. This is a complete build from scratch, there is nothing in this area no power or plumbing. • 1.4 Impacts to the Base o This should list the possible outages, traffic obstructions, impacts to anything that would affect construction. o No outages or traffic issues for the base SAR: 36507182 L/A test: JWPKGW AC waiver: N/A Funding Type: CUSTOMER Contact FMS with any questions prior to and upon completion of work.
