Work Type : CUST Maximo Location: NBSD-55 NBSD Requirements Branch WIB Submission Form Scope of work (include mission need dates, and or special requirements): • 1. BLDG 55 o 5+ Private Offices, 6+ Cubicles, 30 +Touchdown (no. not exact) o Add'l electrical circuits and circuit breakers o Conduits/support for IT infrastructure (SIPR/NIPR network wiring and switch space) o Add'l lighting o Secure spaces/IDS o Overheads (Roof supports, HVAC, HVAC ducting's, roof tiles & drains) o Plumbing refurb o Sewer refurb o Heads, door, walls refurb o Patch & paint o Carpet and baseboards SAR: N/A L/A test: N/A AC waiver: N/A Funding Type: CNIC ROM/SWAG Estimate: 700k Contact FMS with any questions prior to and upon completion of work.
