Work Type: CONTRACT FY 26 CALL FOR WORK Location: NBSDDRY: B3280 2. SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 Demolition and Removal Demo and remove all ceiling tile, floor tile, lighting, ceiling fan/s, existing furniture and any additional removal of material to facilitate modernization requirement/s. Patch, prep and paint walls, door frames, and doors. R/R flooring to match existing. R/R vinyl cove base with new 5-6” cove base. R/R suspended ceiling grid system and acoustical tiles with new system that is white in color. R/R lighting system w/ LED and upgrade controls to occupancy sensors. 2.2 Site Preparation ?????scaffolding,protect landscaping, temp power etc????? 2.3 Construction and Repair ELECTRICAL: PMS 339 needs to contract engineering surveys to obtain power survey data and the required reports to validate electrical requirements. Electrical survey will assess existing electrical power system and configuration to determine requirements necessary to support the Trainer, electronic student stations, and other peripheral equipment. MECHANICAL: PMS 339 needs to contract engineering surveys to mechanical reports and proposed scope. Based on previous work completed, estimates from the initial walk suggest that a split unit system in room will be adequate to support new trainer, student stations, and student heat loads. TBD during mechanical survey. 2.4 Impacts to the Base ?????
