The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Procurement Services Staff, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Teradata Government Services of 20370 Seneca Meadows Parkway, Germantown, MD 20876-7004. This procurement is for custom port TTU software coding and installation in accordance with 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation document exists. Interested parties must respond within 15 days of this notice with a written statement. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids, and cost or pricing data is not solicited. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered note 22. ****
