Full Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is soliciting and intends to award a Contract in support of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System located at 2215 Fuller Road in Ann Arbor, MI 48105. NAICS Code 517919, size standard $32.5 Million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to negotiate on a sole source basis with ProQuest to provide Proquest Psychology Journals Database Subscription. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT Noon, EST, on 05/23/2019. No telephonic inquiries shall be accepted. All responses must be e-mailed to the Contract Specialist, contact@example.gov. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Proquest Psychology Journals Database Subscription ProQuest Psychology Journals Database Subscription. These databases provide 24/7 access to the mental health literature and access to full text journal articles in psychology, psychiatry and allied health topics. This contract will provide continuing access to our current subscription. Provides unlimited simultaneous users with access to a database of full-text Psychology Journals from Proquest. Routine inspection of the content quality and system evaluation will be completed no less than once a month, and any irregularities will be reported to the vendor within two business days. VA sensitive information is not involved. Vendor has no access to the VA network. The C&A requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required.
