This is a notice of intent to issue an order to TV Eyes, Inc., 2150 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824-5669 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). FAIRFAX ST, SUITE 311, ALEXANDRIA, VA 22314; POC/PH: H. HEILSNIS, +1 (555) 000-0000. Justification for Sole Source: This is a renewal contract of an existing subscription with TV Eyes that expired 30 Jun 2007. This is a proprietary license and no other distributors authorized to provide license. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
