Full Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is awarding a contract for the Army Corps of Engineers Information Technology (ACE-IT) requirement for enterprise-wide Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) services. The contract is in support of the USACE, headquartered in Washington, DC and, its supporting CONUS locations which include nine divisions, 44 districts, several Centers, and other USACE organizations, to include two IT data centers - located in Vicksburg, Mississippi and Portland, Oregon. The Government's objective throughout this acquisition is to acquire innovative, customer-focused, cost-effective enterprise IM/IT support services by applying industry best business practices in addressing USACE mission requirements. The acquisition resulted in a best value tradeoff award consisting of both Enterprise Services (ES) and Transport Services (TX) Fixed-Price Incentive Firm Target (FPIF) with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Time and Materials (T&M) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for scalable emergency and quick response services that will provide Enterprise IM/IT Services for the USACE.
