Solicitation # 26-282
The City of Milpitas is soliciting a consultant to conduct a Water and Wastewater Rate Study and provide ongoing Annual Proposition 218 True-Up Analysis services. The primary objective is to ensure a legal nexus between the costs of providing water and sewer services and the rates charged to customers, as required by Proposition 218.
