Construct water well & new piping to convey water from the well to the Southern Advanced Water Treatment Plant & Iron Manganese Plant 22. Well & piping required to meet Base and Fallbrook Public Utility District water entitlements under Conjunctive Use Project Settlement Agreement Case No. 51cv1247-GPC. Design & construct groundwater well sized to provide approx.1,000 gpm of raw water w/ min capacity of 800 gpm. Perform drilling, geophysical logging & aquifer zone testing at well site to determine well characteristics. Construct well building & enclose ancillary utilities within chain link fence w/ barbed wire. Construct gravel access road to the well site. Provide flow meter, pump to waste capability & surge/pressure control protection. Construct approx. 200 linear ft of 12" pipeline to connect well w existing main line. Project contains work related to FRCS, cybersecurity commissioning costs included. Work is within 100 yr flood plan, but structure will be elevated above this level.
