The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one-time, sole source basis to: Beacon Communications Construction, Inc., 7 Ethel Avenue, Hawthorne, NJ 07506 for the purpose of decommissioning the North Shore Towers in Queens, New York. Extensive market research, site surveys, and RF modeling were performed to determine the best locations for the ACRx nodes in New York City.
