Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist Services for the Red Lake Service Unit

This contract seeks qualified Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist services for the Red Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year and four one-year option periods, for a potential total duration of five years. The requirement is exclusively set aside for 100% Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE), and all offerors must submit a completed and signed IEE Representation form to be eligible.
