The scope includes the survey, design, and permitting for construction of a6’ buffered concrete ADA compliant sidewalk on the North side of Lake Drive. The scopewill also include associated drainage improvements, detectable warning areas, driveways andother pedestrian ramps, as needed. The new sidewalk shall add connectivity to the sidewalksin Cherry St. and Boat Race Road, and S. Berthe Ave. All proposed improvements shall belocated with the existing right of way. The length of this project is .99 miles.The project is federally funded with assistance from the FDOT and the Federal HighwayAdministration (FHWA). By submitting a proposal, the Consultant certifies that they followFDOT Procedure No. 375-030-006 (Restriction on Consultants Eligibility to Compete forDepartment Contracts) and that no principle is presently suspended, proposed for debarment,declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation on this transaction by any FederalDepartment or Agency.
