Full Description

In response to the absence of brick-and-mortar offices in detached locations, where U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) recruiters operate, the USCG is initiating a program to contract coworking spaces. These spaces are essential for maintaining professionalism and privacy while conducting interviews and meetings crucial for recruitment efforts. Recruiters in detached locations also have the responsibility of assessing the need for permanent recruitment presence. Providing them with dedicated workspaces supports day-to-day activities and aids in evaluating the necessity for long-term recruitment resources. This initiative underscores the USCG's commitment to effective recruitment by ensuring recruiters have the necessary support to represent the service professionally and engage with prospective candidates effectively.
The contractor shall locate and contract, through evaluations and assessments for up to sixteen (16) locations, facilities that meet the specified criteria. The contractors shall document its selection process and provide justification for chosen locations.
