THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.


The Defense Health Agency Global Emerging Infections Surveillance program office (DHA GEIS) and Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) requires a contract for hosting services for DHIS2, support services, and annual end-user training. The government intends to award a sole-source contract to BAO Systems LLC, 2900 K St NW Suite 506 Washington, DC 20007.


DHACA PS-CD requires: DHIS2 Implementation and Hosting Services.
Hosting Services (DHIS2 and “Learn Moodle”): set up, hosting and maintenance of DHIS2 software on a designated number of servers, system monitoring and alerts, BAO Manager console access, system and infrastructure recommendations and guidance
Support Services: Service hours for ad hoc backups, configuration guidance, application and database troubleshooting, database importing, end user support, , troubleshooting upgrades, version recommendations.
Annual Training: virtual training on relevant administrative functions, data entry, analytic processes, and/or data export.
