Kiley Center. The vendor must operate as a bonded warehouseman, ensuring all items are kept in sanitary conditions free from pests and contaminants, and must maintain a monthly pest control services contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder based on the lowest overall total price. Bidders must submit their responses electronically via the BidBuy portal by November 25, 2026, including required documentation such as Vendor Disclosures and BEP/VBP Utilization Plans. Compliance requirements include adherence to the Illinois Department of Human Rights Act, OSHA standards, and prevailing wage laws where applicable. The state reserves the right to conduct scheduled inventory audits at least six times per year at the vendor's facility.
