REBID- DHS SP - Kiley - Replace Water Valve Distribution System- FY27

The Illinois Department of Human Services is soliciting quotes for the replacement of two 8-inch underground water distribution system isolation valves at the Ann Kiley Center in Waukegan, Illinois. The scope of work includes all necessary materials, labor, and equipment for excavation, removal and disposal of existing valves, installation of new valves according to local and NFPA codes, operational testing, and the provision of a valve key. The contractor is also responsible for removing all generated waste and restoring any disturbed pavement or landscaping.
