BackgroundThe Corporation of the County of Lambton is responsible for the operation of three Long- Term Care Homes within the County including Marshall Gowland Manor, Lambton Meadowview Villa and North Lambton Lodge. Objective: Replace the existing system to improve functionality, communication and shared data across the homeAutomate the manual processes and activities, reduce redundancies and duplication of data entry through integration and work flow processes.Ensure system and data meets regulations of Fixing Long term Care Act 2021Have access to a food bulk purchasing program and supports which is satisfactory to the County of Lambton Long-Term Care Division (“The Division”).See proposal document for further details for this project.
