The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable. Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE) requests Digital Asset Management Software in accordance with the attached Document. This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System is 518210 and the size standard is $30 million. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 10:00 AM local time on 13 January 2015. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
