Digital Forensic Exploitation Vehicles, Three (3) Vehicles

Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations is seeking three standardized, special-purpose Digital Forensic Exploitation Vehicles to serve as mobile technical exploitation laboratories. These vehicles are designed to provide rapid deployment of technical capabilities nationwide, reducing the agency's reliance on external facilities. Each unit must be built on an approved chassis and feature a secure, climate-controlled workspace, integrated power and communications systems, and an interior endoskeleton to ensure straight, continuous interior surfaces. This requirement is designated as a forecast for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 336211. The project will be managed by the Department of Homeland Security with performance taking place in Annapolis, Maryland.
