PERIOD OF WORK The period of the Contract is for a one (1) year period from date of contract award. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to acquire the services described at Annex A of the Contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates stated in the Contract for up to four (4) one (1) year periods. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority and will be evidenced, for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.
