Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to provide, enhance, implement, and sustain a centralized Computer-Aided Dispatch and incident management system designed to bolster district-wide safety and security operations. The system must support real-time incident tracking, emergency response coordination, alarm monitoring, dispatch functions, and robust reporting and analytics across all MNPS facilities and affiliated charter schools. The contractor will be responsible for delivering a fully integrated solution that ensures seamless communication, rapid response capabilities, and actionable data insights to improve school safety outcomes. Proposals must be submitted by July 21, 2026, following the release of solicitation MNPS000057 on July 7, 2026. The contract fall under the jurisdiction of the Tennessee-based agency, with performance expected to occur within the state.
