DOC Onsite Vision and Optometry Services for the Incarcerated Population

The State of Rhode Island, through its Department of Corrections, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive onsite vision and optometry services to be provided to the incarcerated population across state facilities. The solicitation, numbered RFP27006831 and posted on July 15, 2026, with a submission deadline of August 12, 2026, is issued under the NAICS code 621320 and classified as a SLED procurement. Failure to provide detailed descriptions of the work or materials from these entities will result in zero MBE participation credit.
