Project Title: : (UEM) YSK-ELEC, REPLACE 50 HZ B FEEDER UTILITIES Desired Completion Date: FY 1) Fund Source: ST fund 2) Supported Customer: N/A 3) When funds will be available (If Customer Fund): N/A 4) Work Priority: Pri-3 5) Plant Replacement Value (PRV): N/A 1. Scope of Work: Replace the main feeders (high-voltage), B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4, B-5, B-6. - Replace the branch feeders (high-voltage) such as between the substation and the XFMR. 2. Justification / Reason : The cables were installed in1984 and they have been deteriorated. 3. Recommendation / Information / Special Requirements: a. DD1391 is required.
