This Request for Standing Offer is undertaken to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) to provide Insulation, legging, and GRP (fiberglass) repair services for Federal vessels in the Halifax Regional Municipality. The primary users will be the Royal Canadian Navy and the Canadian Coast Guard. This regional master standing offer may result in a single standing offer agreement that will be awarded to the compliant bidder with the lowest price. The Regional Standing Offer will be valid for a period of three years from August 12th,2023 with the option of (1) year extension which may be used upon request.
