The decision remains discretionary, and suppliers have no right to appeal the Administrator’s decision. Suppliers are invited to provide information that may help the DOP Administrator make a decision regarding this requested exemption from competition. Please review the Agency’s request, attached in the Buyer Attachment section of IPRO. You are invited to provide information that may help support or contradict the claim that competition would be impractical, unreasonable, or disadvantageous to the State under the circumstances. The State of Idaho, specifically the Idaho State Police (ISP), is soliciting quotes under RFQ 5728 for specialized biannual cleaning and preventive maintenance of communications consoles, control rooms, and server room areas. Services are to be performed on-site at two locations: RCC South in Meridian and RCC North in Coeur d'Alene. All submissions must be processed through the Idaho e-Procurement System (IPRO) by the deadline of November 10, 2026.
