All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 7, 2026 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is to provide the maintenance services of the elevating devices and must furnish all necessary tools, equipment, materials, travel, and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades, repair, and service as mentioned within the Statement of Work attached herein at Annex Statement of Work. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at 131 Queen Street in Ottawa, Ontario. A mandatory site visit will be held at 131 Queen street on June 17th at 10:00AM EST. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than June 10 2026 at 14:00PM EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) who will attend.
