NPP in Overview in the Sourcing Event in Ariba: AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME:Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All bid submissions and required supporting documentation must be submitted before 2:00 PM EST/EDT, April 2, 2026. All bids submitted afterward will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. The Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement to provide in-service support to equipment associated with nine vertical lift gates located at four French River and Latchford dams. The required services include the inspection, testing, maintenance, regular certification, and repair of the equipment to ensure it remains safe, reliable, and fully operational when needed. The resulting contract will have an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional one‑year optional periods.
