THIS IS NOT A BID.The Department of Financial Services, Division of Risk Management, intends to enter into an agreement with JLC Services, Inc. (JLC) for Electroencephalogram combined Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (eTMS) Treatment Pilot Program to provide eTMS treatment to first responders and veterans for a statewide pilot program. Based on the advertising process, no prospected vendor could provide the required product. Therefore, the Department intends to award JLC Services, Inc. (JLC)Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on July 25, 2024, at 5:15 P.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until July 30, 2024 at 5:15 P.M. (ET). Please see the attached PUR7778 for addition information. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
